1. Introduction

  • These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Perfect Look Aesthetics (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you ("Client") via our website or in-clinic.

  • By booking or paying for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Appointments, Deposits & Payments

  • Booking: Secure your appointment with a non-refundable deposit due at booking. 

  • Payment: Remaining treatment balance is due in full on the day of service unless otherwise agreed 

  • Late Arrival: Arrivals 10+ minutes late may require rescheduling and loss of deposit.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Notice: Please provide at least [48-72] hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Fee: Short notice or missed appointments may result in full charge of treatment cost or forfeiture of deposit 

4. Consultations & Treatment Suitability

  • A consultation is required before proceeding with treatments.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it’s deemed unsuitable or unsafe 

5. Treatment Outcomes

  • Results may vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

  • In some cases, multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve desired outcomes 

6. Pre-Treatment Requirements

  • Clients must complete a medical history form and disclose all relevant information.

  • Failure to do so may result in treatment refusal or increased risk, for which we cannot be held responsible 

7. Photography

  • Before & After Photos may be taken as part of treatment documentation.

  • These will only be used for marketing or educational purposes with your explicit written consent; otherwise, they remain confidential 

8. Client Conduct & Confidentiality

  • Harassment or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff will result in immediate termination of services.

  • We respect your privacy under UK GDPR and will not share personal or medical data unless permitted or required by law 

9. Refunds & Packages

  • Single Treatments: Non-refundable once rendered.

  • Packages: Prepaid packages are valid for [e.g. 12 months] from purchase, non-transferable, and not refundable unless unused due to documented medical reasons (doctor’s note required) 

10. Liability

  • We are insured and will act with appropriate care, but cannot guarantee outcomes.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from treatments 

11. Complaints

  • Should you wish to make a complaint, please email us at [contact email]. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and provide a full response within 21 days 

12. Amendments to Terms

  • We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of services or the site signifies your acceptance of any changes
